Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email cottonchaostees@gmail.com for return instructions. We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded, excluding shipping charges, in accordance with our Refund Policy (see below). PLEASE NOTE: subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale, and personalized items are not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you purchased package protection at checkout please email us at cottonchaostees@gmail.com and we will ship out replacement items as soon as we confirm the package is lost from the mail carrier.
If you did not purchase package protection you must contact the mail carrier to submit a claim that you did not receive your package. Please email us at cottonchaostees@gmail.com for any documentation you may need to do this. When you submit a claim you should be refunded through the mail service that lost your package. We are not liable for items lost in the mail if you do not purchase package protection.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cottonchaostees@gmail.com before you send your item to: PO Box 124, Farmington KY 42040, United States
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 124, Farmington KY 42040, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your subscription or membership, please visit https://cottonchaos.com/pages/cancel-my-subscription and fill out the cancellation form. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date, or you will be charged for the following month. If a payment fails due to an invalid payment method, we may attempt to reprocess the payment or suspend your subscription until a valid payment method is provided.
Cotton Pickin' T-Shirt Club
If you are at a previous lower price for the Club and cancel, then decide to rejoin in the future, you’ll be rejoining at the current price.
- Once you cancel the subscription, you will be removed from the private Facebook group
- Failure to make your required payment will result in immediate cancellation and removal from all VIP access privileges.
- Any payment received for subscriptions after the renewal date of each month will not be refunded. No exceptions!
PrePaid 6 and 12 Month Club Subscriptions
- Prepaid 6 month and 12 month subscriptions are each billed in one sum and will not be refunded.
- You will be removed from the private member Facebook group once your cancellation is processed in our system.

Charmed by Cotton Chaos

Royal-Tee
If you are at a previous lower price for the Club and cancel, then decide to rejoin in the future, you’ll be rejoining at the current price.
You'll continue to receive the membership benefits for the year/month you've paid. Unfortunately, we can't reimburse pro-rated amounts for the remaining year of your current year's membership fee.
This is a recurring charge, either monthly or yearly, and if you do not wish to proceed with Royal-Tee, you must cancel before the next renewal date. We can not refund after the fact.
