Tee Size Change Request

To update your subscription, we need a little info from you!

**Please note: ALL changes to sizing must be made by the 15th of the month before you receive your subscription.

**Any changes made after that date will not take effect until the following month.

For example: If you change your sizing on June 15th, your July subscription will reflect updated sizing. If you change your sizing on June 21st, your new sizing will not go into effect until your August subscription.
