Why Should I Join the Club?
Do you include long sleeve tees?
We always do a short sleeve tee because not everyone lives in an area where it gets cold.
How much are membership prices?
Basic $25 (plus flat rate shipping) - This includes a unique T-Shirt shipped right to your door!
Plus $35 (plus flat rate shipping) - This includes a unique T-Shirt PLUS a hand-picked, coordinating item! Both shipped right to your door!
When will I receive my shipment?
We typically ship Club by the 10th of the month. You will receive your shipment approximately by the 15th of each month. For example: If you order the October shirt, it will arrive about the 15-20th of October. *Please allow a few days leeway for shipping purposes, sometimes it takes the post office a little longer, especially during the holidays.
What if I need to change my size?
You can change your size at anytime before your shirt ships. Please contact customer service at cottonchaostees@gmail.com
How does the sizing run?
Our shirts run true to size. So order your normal size, and if you ever need to change, let customer service know at cottonchaostees@gmail.com!
What if my items are damaged or lost?
For damaged items please contact customer service at cottonchaostees@gmail.com. Please include a description/picture of what was wrong with the item. For items lost in the mail please contact the post office. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail without package protection. If you need assistance getting in touch with the post office to file a claim for lost mail please contact customer service at cottonchaostees@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must occur before the 15th of the month. Cancellations on or after the 15th will not take effect until the following month has processed. For example, a cancellation on the 16th of January would be billed for February. Once February's payment has been processed the subscription will be canceled. Please note that all payments that have been processed are not eligible for refund. No Exceptions!
