Why Should I Join the Club?
Do you include long sleeve tees?
We always do a short sleeve tee because not everyone lives in an area where it gets cold.
How much are membership prices?
Basic $25 - This includes an exclusive T-Shirt shipped right to your door!
Plus $35 - This includes an exclusive T-Shirt PLUS an accessory! Both shipped right to your door!
When will I receive my shipment?
You will receive your shipment at the end of each month! For example: If you order the October shirt, it will arrive during the last week of October. *Please allow a few days leeway for shipping purposes, sometimes it takes the post office a little longer, especially during the holidays.
What if I need to change my size?
You can change your size at anytime before your shirt ships. Please contact customer service at cottonchaos@gmail.com
How does the sizing run?
Our shirts run true to size. So order your normal size, and if you ever need to change, let customer service know!
What if my items are damaged or lost?
For damaged or lost items please contact customer service at cottonchaostees@gmail.com or you can message us on our Facebook page! Please include a description/picture of what was wrong with the item.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must occur before the end of the month. Any payment received after the first of each month will not be refunded. No exceptions!
