When will I receive my Charmed subscription?
You'll be charged at the time of signing up for the Charmed by Cotton Chaos and your order will ship around the 20th. After your first order,you'll be billed on the 15th of each month and your package willl ship around the 20th!
Do I have to be in the Cotton Pickin’ T-Shirt Club to join Charmed?
No. Charmed is open to everyone. But each monthly charm is chosen with the Club tee in mind, so it is an extra-fun add-on if you are already a Cotton Pickin’ T-Shirt Club member.
Can I choose gold or silver?
Yes. You’ll choose gold or silver when you purchase your Starter Set. Your future monthly charms will match the metal color you selected.
Can I get a gold Starter Set and then monthly silver charms?
Your monthly charms are sent in the same metal color as your Starter Set so your collection coordinates. If you want both gold and silver, we recommend purchasing a Starter Set in each metal.
What is the Charmed Private Collection?
The Charmed Private Collection is a special members-only collection with extra charms, chains, extenders, bracelets, and add-ons so you can keep styling and building your collection.

Can I cancel my subscription?
